Management Trainee – Oahu | Enterprise

The Tone:
This is an early career management training role at Enterprise Mobility, located at various in-person branches throughout Oahu, Hawaii. Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions, owning and operating the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car brands. This role is crucial for developing future leaders who will master business operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive business growth across its integrated global network.

• Mission: To learn and master all aspects of the business to eventually run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Business Learning: Start learning the Enterprise Mobility business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch.
• Customer Relations: Serve as the primary contact for customers and partners, representing Enterprise’s brand and service.
• Operational Management: Operate as the behind-the-scenes expert, mastering the operational skills needed to run a branch.
• Sales & Marketing: Engage with the community to establish relationships essential for building and growing the business.
• Leadership Development: Gain the knowledge and skills necessary to lead your own branch, cultivate new business opportunities, and develop your team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required. This is an early career position focused on management training within the mobility solutions industry.
• Experience: A minimum of six months of experience in customer service, leadership, or sales is required. This includes experience in roles such as commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, hospitality, military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations.
• Skills: Must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record (no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years and no drug or alcohol-related conviction in the past 5 years), and be authorized to work in the United States without requiring future work authorization sponsorship from the company.
