Management Trainee | Enterprise

The Tone:
This is a full-time, in-person management trainee position at Enterprise, with offices located in Bellmore, Massapequa, Amityville, Lindenhurst, Farmingdale, and Deer Park, New York. Enterprise Mobility is a global leader in mobility solutions, encompassing the well-known Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Car Rental brands. What You’ll Actually Do
• Operate: Learn and manage the daily business operations from day one within a neighborhood branch location.
• Represent: Serve as the primary representative for Enterprise, engaging with customers and business partners as the face of the company.
• Lead: Master the operational expertise necessary to eventually run your own branch and develop its team.
• Grow: Cultivate new business by establishing essential relationships within the local community.
• Develop: Receive comprehensive guidance, mentoring, and support across customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required for this Entry-Level management training program. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the United States without requiring future work authorization sponsorship, and reside within a 1-hour commute to the specified location(s) within 30 days of the anticipated start date. The role requires availability to work an average of 46 hours per week, aside from religious observations.
• Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in either: sales and customer service (such as commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or the hospitality industry); OR leadership (such as military service, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations).
• Skills: Valid, unrestricted U.S. driver’s license, which is essential for operating a motor vehicle; ability to read, write, and understand English.
