• Mission: To develop future leaders by providing hands-on training across various business functions, preparing them to manage a branch and drive business growth.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Learn Business Operations: Immediately learn business fundamentals by working out of a neighborhood branch.
• Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and partners, managing both front-facing and behind-the-scenes operational aspects.
• Leadership Development: Master the essential knowledge and skills required to operate a branch, cultivate new business, and lead a team.
• Community Building: Engage with the community to establish crucial relationships vital for business development.
• Functional Expertise: Develop specialized skills in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Must possess a Bachelor’s degree, or be a current college student with no more than one semester remaining until graduation. This is an early career role.
• Experience: A minimum of six months experience in two or more of the following areas: sales (commission-based or with set goals/bonus potential), customer service in a service industry (e.g., retail, restaurant, hospitality), management experience leading a team, participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional, or varsity team, or a leadership role in campus or community involvement.
• Skills: Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past two years, and no drug or alcohol-related conviction on your record in the past five years. Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
