What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Acquisition: Drive business growth by actively generating leads, pitching services to new clients, and achieving established sales quotas.
• Sales Strategy Application: Apply learned sales strategies by shadowing experienced sales representatives, understanding client needs, and contributing to business development efforts.
• Departmental Immersion: Gain comprehensive knowledge of our company’s functions by rotating through various departments including customer service, marketing, warehouse operations, and finance.
• Team Collaboration & Support: Contribute to effective team management by assisting with staff scheduling, participating in candidate interviews, and providing coaching to team members.
• Performance Monitoring & Insight: Track critical sales metrics, evaluate prevailing market trends, and review competitor activities to inform business decisions and strategy.
