Management Trainee | Enterprise

The Tone:

Enterprise Mobility, privately held by the Taylor family of St. Louis, owns and operates renowned brands like Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car, managing a diverse fleet of 2.4 million vehicles and generating nearly $39 billion in revenue annually through an extensive network of over 9,500 fully-staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations in more than 90 countries. What You’ll Actually Do
• Business Operations: Begin learning the core business from day one at a neighborhood branch, serving as both the direct customer contact and the operational expert managing behind-the-scenes functions.
• Business Growth: Master the knowledge and skills required to independently run a branch, actively cultivating new business and establishing essential community relationships.
• Team Development: Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to grow into a leader capable of developing and managing a team effectively.
• Customer-Centric Sales: Excel in customer service, sales, and marketing techniques, ensuring a customer-first approach is consistently applied.
• Financial Acumen: Gain expertise in financial management and operational efficiency, understanding how these elements contribute to business success and profitability.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Requires a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: Must hold a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on record in the last three years. No drug or alcohol related events on driving record in the past three years. Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• Skills: The role focuses on developing expertise in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and general business operations.
