Management Trainee | Cintas

The Tone:
This is a full-time Management Trainee program at Cintas, requiring regional relocation. What You’ll Actually Do
• Department Rotations: Rotate through various departments to immerse in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Sales Engagement: Engage in outside sales activities to promote Cintas products and services while building customer relationships.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and promptly resolving issues.
• Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Project Collaboration: Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional who has obtained, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Experience: Required to meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs, which includes possessing an active driver’s license, being at least 21 years of age, obtaining a DOT medical certification, and providing previous employment documentation prior to the first day of employment.
• Bonus: Co-op or internship experience in customer service, sales, production, or administrative roles; a business or related academic major; a leadership/management role on campus or in related extracurricular activities; willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program.
