What You’ll Actually Do
• Departmental Rotation: Immerse in the business from a leadership viewpoint by rotating through various departments.
• Sales Engagement: Promote products and services while building customer relationships through outside sales activities.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
• Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Project Collaboration: Work closely with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months. This is an entry-level professional role.
• Experience: No specific years of prior professional experience are strictly required. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age and able to comply with Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving regulated vehicles weighing over 10,000 lbs.
• Skills: Possess an active driver’s license, obtain a DOT medical certification, and provide documentation regarding previous employment for DOT compliance.
• Bonus: Prior co-op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative role is preferred. A business or related academic major, alongside a leadership/management role on campus or in extracurricular activities, is also a plus. Willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program is preferred.
