What You’ll Actually Do
• Department Rotations: Immerse in diverse business operations from a leadership perspective.
• Sales Engagement: Promote products and services while actively building customer relationships through outside sales activities.
• Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues.
• Data Analysis: Contribute to informed business decisions by analyzing relevant sales data.
• Project Collaboration: Work alongside key leaders on projects focused on sales management and operational efficiency.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Possess or be on track to obtain a Bachelor’s degree within six months, demonstrating a foundational understanding of business principles suitable for an entry-level management development program.
• Experience: Fulfill all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for operating a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. This mandates possessing an active driver’s license, being at least 21 years of age, successfully obtaining a DOT medical certification, and providing comprehensive documentation of previous employment prior to your start date.
• Skills: Demonstrated aptitude for leadership development, strong customer service orientation, ability to analyze data for business insights, effective collaborative skills, and a foundational interest in operations and sales management.
• Bonus: Prior co-op or internship experience in customer service, sales, production, or administrative functions; an academic major in business or a related field; demonstrated leadership or management roles in campus activities or extracurriculars; and a willingness to relocate regionally during or upon completion of the program.
