The Tone:
This is a Management Trainee position for the Pathfinder Global Initiative at LESSO, located in Orlando, FL. LESSO Group is a global leader in piping solutions, boasting over 40 years of steady growth and a diversified business portfolio that includes piping systems, building materials and home furnishings, and new energy. The company reported a substantial sales revenue of USD 3.6 billion in 2025, reflecting its strong global presence. LESSO America Inc, headquartered in Corona, CA, further supports the piping solution community with six warehouses across the US, including one in Orlando, FL. This role is integral to the Pathfinder Global Initiative, LESSO’s flagship program designed to cultivate future international leaders. The initiative aims to transform LESSO into a truly Global LESSO by recruiting enterprising young talents worldwide, training them at the global headquarters in China, and then deploying them to establish and lead new sales offices in foreign cities where the company seeks to expand its footprint. This program has significantly grown LESSO’s international sales and marketing presence from 20 cities across 10 countries to over 150 cities across 60 countries in less than a year.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Training: Participate in an intensive six-week training program conducted in China under the Pathfinder Global Initiative.
• Sales Management: Upon successful graduation from the program, return to Orlando, FL to assume the role of sales manager.
• Product Mastery: Rapidly learn and master the full range of LESSO products within a short timeframe.
• Business Development: Drive local business growth in Orlando, FL by effectively solving challenges and utilizing the broader LESSO Group’s resources.
• Leadership: Lead LESSO’s operational activities and manage a local team of approximately 10 individuals in Orlando, FL.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level career. Familiarity with the metropolitan area of Orlando, FL.
• Experience: Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Skills: Proficient in Chinese. Demonstrates an eagerness to learn and rapidly master new information. Possesses excellent problem-solving skills. Shows potential to lead operations and manage a team of 10.
• Bonus: Holds a degree from a university located within the Orlando, FL area.
