The Tone:
This is a full-time management trainee role at LESSO, located in Washington, DC. LESSO is a global leader in piping solutions, boasting over 40 years of steady growth and expanding into building materials, home furnishings, and new energy, with sales revenue reaching USD 3.6 billion in 2025. This critical role is part of the Pathfinder Global Initiative, the company’s flagship program designed to cultivate future international leaders. The position directly contributes to LESSO’s ambitious goal of becoming a truly global enterprise, specifically by establishing and growing its presence in Washington, DC.

The TL;DR

• Mission: To train as an international leader to establish and expand LESSO’s sales and marketing presence globally, starting in Washington, DC.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Participate: Participate in a six-week training program in China under the Pathfinder Global Initiative.
• Master: Master LESSO’s diverse product lines and business processes within a short period.
• Develop: Develop and establish local business strategies and operations in Washington, DC.
• Utilize: Utilize the LESSO Group’s global resources effectively to foster local business growth.
• Lead: Lead LESSO’s sales operations in Washington, DC and manage a local team of up to 10 individuals upon program completion.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience: Familiarity with the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
• Skills: Proficiency in Chinese; eagerness to learn; excellent problem-solving skills; potential to lead operations and manage a team.
• Bonus: Holding a degree from a university in the Washington, DC area.
