What You’ll Actually Do
• Development: Gain comprehensive knowledge and experience essential for promotion to a management position, working under the direct guidance of experienced professionals.
• Training: Participate in an extensive training program that includes duties across several departments, such as Production and Sales Operations, specifically within the insulation business.
• Learning: Be open to learning new things, not afraid to take chances, and deeply interested in understanding every aspect of running a branch operation.
• Operations: Acquire practical experience in the various functions and responsibilities associated with the daily operation and management of a branch.
• Mobility: Travel as needed for training purposes, which is a required component for gaining diverse experience across operational contexts.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years of age. This role requires either a Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of two years of relevant experience in construction management or distribution services.
• Experience: Possess Operations Management experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds within the building materials or construction related industry.
• Skills: Demonstrate an openness to learning new concepts, a willingness to take calculated chances, and a genuine interest in mastering every facet of running a branch operation. A valid driver’s license is required if the operation of a Company Vehicle becomes part of the role.
• Bonus: Willingness to travel as needed for training assignments and to relocate for a permanent management position upon successful completion of the program.
