What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer & Partner Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for customers and business partners while managing daily operations from a neighborhood branch.
• Business Operations Mastery: Learn and apply essential knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, including financial management and operational efficiency.
• Business Development: Establish and nurture relationships within the community to cultivate new business opportunities for the branch.
• Team Leadership: Develop and mentor your team members, fostering a culture of success and friendly competition.
• Core Business Functions: Excel in customer service, sales and marketing strategies, financial management, and overall operational excellence.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required. This is an early career role focused on comprehensive business training.
• Experience: Must have at least 6 months of work experience in sales, customer service, or a leadership/management capacity, including experience from organizations/clubs, volunteer work, athletics, or military service.
• Skills: Ability to work an average of 47 hours per week; possession of a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years; no drug or alcohol convictions on record in the past 5 years (e.g., DUI, DWI); authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future; and no previous interviews for the same position at any location in North Carolina within the past 12 months.
