What You’ll Actually Do
• Department Rotation: Immerse in diverse business operations from a leadership perspective through structured departmental rotations covering Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management.
• Sales Engagement: Promote Cintas products and services by actively engaging in outside sales activities and fostering strong customer relationships.
• Customer Support: Deliver outstanding customer service by efficiently addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Data Analysis: Contribute to informed business decisions by analyzing sales data and providing insights to management.
• Project Collaboration: Partner with key leaders on various strategic projects aimed at enhancing sales management and improving operational efficiency.
• Professional Growth: Participate in continuous professional development opportunities, including access to Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months; this is an Entry-Level professional role.
• Experience: No specific years of experience required. Qualified candidates must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs, including having an active driver’s license, being at least 21 years of age, obtaining a DOT medical certification, and providing documentation regarding previous employment prior to the first day of employment.
• Bonus: Preferred qualifications include co-op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative role; an academic major in business or a related field; a leadership/management role on campus or involvement in related extracurricular activities; and a willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program.
