What You’ll Actually Do
• Department Rotation: Rotate through various departments, including Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management, to immerse in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Sales Engagement: Engage actively in outside sales activities to effectively promote Cintas products and services while cultivating strong customer relationships.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Data Analysis: Analyze sales performance data and assist key leaders in making informed business decisions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Leadership Collaboration: Collaborate closely with experienced managers and key leaders on various projects focused on sales management and overall operational improvements.
• Professional Development: Participate in significant professional development opportunities, including access to Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits, to foster career growth.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level professional who currently holds or will obtain a Bachelor’s degree within six months. Ideal candidates may have a business or otherwise related academic major.
• Experience: While no specific professional experience is strictly required, candidates with co-op or internship experience in customer service, sales, production, or an administrative role are preferred.
• Skills: Must have an active driver’s license, be at least 21 years of age, be able to obtain a DOT medical certification, and provide necessary documentation regarding previous employment to meet DOT requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Bonus: A leadership or management role on campus or involvement in related extracurricular activities, and a willingness to relocate regionally during or at the end of the program are considered beneficial.
