What You’ll Actually Do
• Departmental Rotation: Immerse in business operations from a leadership perspective through rotations in various departments like Sales, Production, Office, and Service Management.
• Sales Engagement: Promote products and services by engaging in outside sales activities, focusing on building strong customer relationships.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional support by promptly addressing customer inquiries and effectively resolving any issues that arise.
• Data Analysis: Analyze sales performance data to contribute insights and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Project Collaboration: Work alongside key leaders on diverse projects aimed at improving sales management strategies and operational efficiency.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An entry-level role, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree or be on track to obtain one within six months of employment. This foundation is essential for grasping complex business operations.
• Experience: While no specific years of prior professional experience are mandated, all qualified candidates must satisfy Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements before their first day. This includes holding an an active driver’s license, being at least 21 years of age, obtaining a DOT medical certification, and providing documentation of previous employment.
• Skills:
* Customer Relationship Management: Ability to provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues, while also building and nurturing strong customer relationships.
* Sales Acumen: Capacity to engage in outside sales activities, effectively promote products and services, and contribute to business growth.
* Data Analysis: Aptitude for analyzing sales data to identify trends, derive insights, and assist experienced managers in making informed business decisions.
* Operational Understanding: A foundational interest in understanding and contributing to the efficiency of production, warehouse, office, and service management operations.
• Bonus: Preferred candidates often bring prior co-op or internship experience in relevant areas such as Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative roles, demonstrating early exposure to business environments. A strong academic background, particularly a business or related major, is advantageous. Furthermore, a proven track record of leadership or management responsibilities through campus organizations or extracurricular activities is highly valued, as is a willingness to relocate regionally during or at the conclusion of the program to support career advancement opportunities.
