What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Facing: Serve as the primary contact for Enterprise customers and partners at a neighborhood branch, ensuring exceptional service and representing the face of the brand.
• Operational Management: Function as the behind-the-scenes operational expert, mastering the knowledge and skills required to effectively manage a branch’s day-to-day activities and processes.
• Business Development: Actively engage with the community to establish vital relationships, cultivate new business opportunities, and expand the branch’s market presence.
• Team Leadership: Receive guidance and mentoring to develop leadership capabilities, enabling you to build and lead your own team effectively within the company’s promotion-from-within culture.
• Business Acumen: Gain comprehensive understanding and practical experience in critical business areas including customer service, sales and marketing strategies, financial management, and overall operational excellence, with a focus on putting customers first.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s degree is a mandatory requirement for this early career Management Trainee position, which is designed for individuals seeking to grow into leadership roles within the dynamic mobility solutions industry.
• Experience: Candidates must possess a minimum of one year of relevant experience within the last six years. This experience can be in commission-based sales or sales with defined goals, customer service within sales-driven sectors (such as retail, restaurant, hospitality, or call centers), participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional, or collegiate team, or a demonstrable leadership role in military service, clubs, or other organizations.
• Skills: Essential skills include holding a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record (no more than 2 moving violations/at-fault accidents, no DUI/DWI in the last 3 years), strong communication and customer interaction abilities, and a foundational understanding of sales principles. Authorization to work in the United States without future sponsorship is also required.
• Bonus: A preferred qualification is the ability to maintain an under 25-minute commute during rush hour traffic to the specified branch locations.
