Management Trainee | Enterprise
The Tone:
This is a full-time Management Training program with Enterprise, located in Norwalk and Sandusky, Ohio. As a Management Trainee, you will be instrumental in learning the business from the ground up, serving as the trusted face of Enterprise to customers, and mastering the operational expertise required to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop a high-performing team. • Mission: To master the operational and leadership skills required to manage a branch, develop a team, and cultivate new business within Enterprise’s structured program.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Service: Serve as the primary contact for customers and partners, ensuring a positive experience with Enterprise.
• Operational Management: Master behind-the-scenes operational tasks and business processes within a neighborhood branch.
• Business Development: Cultivate new business relationships and establish community ties to drive local market growth.
• Team Leadership: Learn to develop and lead a team in preparation for managing your own Enterprise branch.
• Core Business Functions: Excel in key areas such as sales, marketing, finance, and overall operational execution.
The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s degree, or actively enrolled and within two semesters of graduating with a Bachelor’s. This is an entry-level position.
• Experience: Must possess a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last three years, and no drug or alcohol-related convictions (DWI/DUI) in the past five years.
• Skills: Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future work authorization sponsorship from Enterprise.
