This internship is specifically crafted to deliver practical business-to-business (B2B) and retail experience. You will gain a deep understanding of our sales processes by spending structured time with your management team and even traveling with an Outside Sales Representative to observe their impactful work firsthand. Furthermore, you will collaborate with your peers on a team-based project that addresses critical business issues, supported directly by our leadership.
Our intern experience is structured to provide professional-level learning across several key business functions:
• Sales: Develop consultative selling skills, understand customer needs, and drive product recommendations.
• Marketing/Promotions: Learn about in-store merchandising, promotional strategies, and how to effectively present products.
• Merchandising: Gain expertise in optimizing product placement, creating appealing displays, and managing inventory presentation.
• Customer Relationship Management: Master the art of building lasting customer loyalty and providing exceptional service.

• Logistics & Stockroom Support: Aid in unloading deliveries, organizing stockrooms, and ensuring efficient inventory flow.
• Continuous Training & Compliance: Actively participate in all required training sessions and diligently adhere to all company policies and procedures.
