The Management Internship Program

Our Management Internship is a paid, hands-on training program specifically designed to develop and prepare you for a rewarding career in Retail Management.

This is a part-time position that offers immediate openings for aspiring leaders.

What You’ll Experience:

As you progress through the 12-week Management Internship program, you’ll gain invaluable experience:

• Your General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members will work alongside you, providing guidance and mentorship.
• You will develop a deep understanding of our business operations, processes, and customer service standards.
• This program is geared towards preparing you to confidently take on a management role in the near future within Menards.
