What You’ll Actually Do
• Train: Gain hands-on training specifically designed to prepare you for a retail management career.
• Participate: Engage in a structured 12-week Management Internship program.
• Collaborate: Work alongside the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to develop an understanding of the business operations.
• Prepare: Develop the necessary skills and knowledge to take on a management role in the near future within Menards.
• Develop: Strengthen organizational, communication, and time management skills through practical experience.
