• Program Participation: Actively progress through a structured 12-week Management Internship program.
• Business Acumen: Collaborate closely with the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to develop a deep understanding of retail business operations.
• Practical Application: Gain invaluable hands-on management experience through direct involvement and daily responsibilities within the store environment.
