Job Description: Management Intern

This is a part-time, paid, hands-on training program designed to prepare individuals for a career in Retail Management with Menards.

Program Details:
• Duration: The internship is a 12-week program.
• Training & Development: Interns will receive support and guidance from the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members. The program aims to develop a comprehensive understanding of Menards’ business operations.
