Job Title: Management Intern

Employment Type: Part-Time

Program Overview:
This is a paid, hands-on training program spanning 12 weeks, specifically designed to develop and prepare individuals for a career in Retail Management with Menards. The internship aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the business operations.

Key Objectives & Development:
• Prepare for Management Role: The primary goal is to equip interns with the necessary skills and knowledge to transition into a management role within Menards in the near future.
• Business Understanding: Interns will develop a thorough understanding of Menards’ business operations.
• Skill Enhancement: The program offers the opportunity to develop and strengthen crucial skills, including:
• Organizational skills
• Communication skills
• Time management skills
• Practical Experience: Interns will gain invaluable hands-on management experience.

Training & Support:
Interns will work closely with and receive guidance from:
• The General Management team.
• Department Managers.
• Existing Store Team Members.

Compensation & Benefits:
• This is a paid position.
