Job Title: Management Intern

This is a paid, hands-on training program designed to develop and prepare individuals for a career in Retail Management with Menards. It’s an opportunity to build an exciting and rewarding career within a growing company. Immediate openings are available, and the company is hiring immediately.

Program Details:
Duration: The Management Internship program spans 12 weeks.
Training Approach: Participants will receive on-the-job training and work alongside the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members.
Objective: The program aims to develop the intern’s understanding of the business and prepare them to take on a management role in the near future.
Experience: Interns will gain hands-on management experience.

Key Responsibilities and Learning Outcomes:
As a Management Intern, you will:
• Develop a strong understanding of Menards’ business operations.
• Strengthen organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Work collaboratively with various levels of management and store team members.

Compensation and Benefits:
• The position is a paid part-time role.
