This is a Part-Time Management Internship position at Menards, designed for individuals looking to build a career in retail management.
• Job Title: Management Intern
• Employment Type: Part-Time
• Compensation: This is a paid position with the potential to “Make BIG Money.” It includes an extra $3 per hour for work on Saturdays and Sundays, a Store Discount, and Profit Sharing.
• Program Duration: The internship is a structured 12-week training program.
• Program Goal: To develop and prepare interns for the world of Retail Management. It aims to build a deep understanding of the Menards business model and to equip interns to take on a management role in the near future.
• Training & Development: The program is hands-on and includes on-the-job training. Interns will work alongside the General Management team, Department Managers, and other Store Team Members.
• Skills Developed: Participants will have the opportunity to develop and strengthen crucial professional skills, including organizational, communication, and time management skills.
