Job Description: Management Intern
This is a part-time, paid, hands-on training program designed to develop and prepare individuals for a career in Retail Management with Menards. The company is hiring immediately for this role.
Key Features of the Internship:
• Program Length: The internship spans 12 weeks.
• Training & Development:
• It is a paid program, focusing on hands-on training.
• Interns will work alongside the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members.
• The goal is to develop a comprehensive understanding of the Menards business model.
• The program aims to prepare interns to take on a management role in the near future.
• On-the-job training is provided.
• Skill Development: Interns will have the opportunity to develop and strengthen:
• Organizational skills
• Communication skills
• Time management skills
• Gain hands-on management experience
