Job Title: Management Intern

Employment Type: Part-Time

Compensation:
• This is a paid position.
• Earn an extra $3 per hour on Saturdays and Sundays.

Program Overview:
The Management Internship is a 12-week, hands-on training program. Its primary goal is to develop and prepare you for a career in Retail Management. This program is designed to provide you with the necessary understanding of Menards’ business operations to take on a management role in the near future.

Training & Development:
• You will work alongside the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members.
• They will guide you to develop a comprehensive understanding of the business.
• The program aims to strengthen your organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• You will gain valuable hands-on management experience.
