About the Job: Management Intern (Part-Time)

This is a paid, part-time Management Internship designed to prepare individuals for a career in Retail Management with Menards. The company is actively seeking candidates for immediate openings.

Key Features of the Internship:

• Program Duration: The internship spans 12 weeks.
• Training & Development: It is a hands-on training program focused on developing future retail managers.
• Interns will work closely with the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members.
• The goal is to build a strong understanding of the Menards business operations.
• It prepares interns to assume a management role in the near future.
