Job Description:
This position is for a Management Intern at Menards, described as a part-time, paid position with the potential to “Make BIG Money.” It’s a hands-on training program designed to develop and prepare individuals for a career in Retail Management.
• Program Duration: The internship is a 12-week program.
• Training & Development: Interns will receive training from their General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members. The program’s core objective is to develop a deep understanding of the business and prepare interns to transition into a management role in the near future.
• Skills Gained: Participants will have the opportunity to develop and strengthen crucial professional skills, including organizational, communication, and time management skills.
