What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Engagement: Actively participate in a two-year Management Analyst Program (MAP) that includes rotations throughout Global Strategy & Enterprise Platforms (GSEP).
• Business Analysis: Collaborate with teammates and partners to conduct and execute thorough business reviews and analytical tasks.
• Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities for, design, and implement business process improvements and risk mitigation strategies.
• Stakeholder Relations: Develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships by communicating subject matter expertise and delivering promptly on expectations.
• Strategic Support: Apply education and experience to drive a wide range of activities and support functions vital to the GSEP organization.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Entry-Level career.
• Experience: Participation in business reviews, process improvement analysis, business process design, and risk mitigation activities.
• Skills: Oral Communications, Problem Solving, Written Communications, Attention to Detail, Business Analytics.
