This role matters as you will lead integration workstreams for complex Workday deployments, partnering with customers and vendors to discover requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure successful business outcomes. You will translate HCM business requirements into solutions and apply approved AI capabilities to improve delivery efficiency and quality.

• Tech Stack: Web services, APIs, XML, JSON, data transformation, secure file exchange, integration security, Python, Java, .NET, SQL, REST, SOAP, OAuth, SAML, X.509, EDI, XSLT, JavaScript, middleware, LLM integration, agentic workflow design, AI products (e.g., Sana, Claude).

What You’ll Actually Do
• Leadership: Lead integration discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and go-live support activities for complex Workday deployments.
• Ownership: Own integration scope, plans, risks, dependencies, deliverables, and quality from discovery through go-live.
• Solution Design: Translate HCM business requirements into scalable and maintainable integration solutions for customers.
• Strategic Guidance: Guide customers through technical decisions and on their overall integration strategy.
• Mentorship: Mentor other consultants and promote technical standards, reusability, and leading practices.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior-level professional with expertise in designing and delivering enterprise integrations for ERP, HCM, Financials, payroll, or related cloud applications.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise integrations, 5+ years of customer-facing consulting or Professional Services experience, and experience leading an integration workstream deployment lifecycle.
• Skills: Proficiency in web services, APIs, XML or JSON, data transformation, secure file exchange, and integration security; proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language like Python, Java, .NET, or SQL; familiarity with AI concepts including LLM integration and agentic workflow design; strong customer-facing, facilitation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Bonus: Workday integration experience or the ability to obtain an applicable Workday certification; experience with REST, SOAP, OAuth, SAML, X.509, EDI, XSLT, JavaScript, or middleware; ability to use approved AI tools responsibly to accelerate analysis, documentation, testing, and troubleshooting; experience with AI products and platforms like Sana, Claude, or similar, and designing/implementing LLM-based applications or orchestration frameworks.
