What You’ll Actually Do
• Maintain Community: Keep buildings and grounds in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
• Perform Repairs: Execute routine and minor maintenance tasks, including painting, plumbing, electrical, wiring, and general repairs.
• Manage Systems: Maintain furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, and water systems to ensure resident comfort, and complete monthly maintenance checklists.
• Ensure Safety: Assist with disaster preparedness activities, including fire drills and emergency readiness.
• Oversee Grounds: Manage landscaping services and perform outdoor upkeep such as snow removal, ice removal, and lawn care.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Basic knowledge of building maintenance, equipment operation, and safety practices.
• Skills: Ability to work independently, follow maintenance schedules and instructions, and safely use hand tools and power tools.
