About the Job (Summer Intern Program – Machine Learning focused)
This is an 11-week, paid Summer Intern Program at BILL, offering an immersive experience into the company’s culture and values. The position can be based in San Jose, CA, or Draper, UT.

• Ownership of comprehensive projects: Interns will work on projects that have real impacts on small-to-medium sized businesses (SMBs), BILL’s products, and employees.

Desired Skills and Experience (for a role likely related to Machine Learning):
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in machine learning, such as Python.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, or scikit-learn.
• Experience with data wrangling tools such as SQL and Pandas.
• Strong problem-solving skills in designing and implementing machine learning models.
• Familiarity with the latest developments in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
• An analytical mindset focused on creating solutions that align with business objectives and end-user needs.
Requirements:
• Must be currently enrolled at an accredited university in the US.
• Must be graduating with a PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field between December 2026 and July 2027.

• San Jose, CA: $53—$53 USD
• Draper, UT: $53—$53 USD
