• Team: Low Code Solutions team within AMD’s Digital Delivery pillar, reporting to the Low Code Solutions Team Lead.
• Mission: To provide architectural leadership and technical assurance for low-code solutions and platform capabilities across the EMEA region using Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and Copilot Studio.
• Tech Stack: Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, SharePoint, AI Builder, Jira, Confluence, GitHub Copilot.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Architectural Leadership: Provide architectural leadership and technical assurance for low-code solutions and platform capabilities across the EMEA region, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.
• Solution Design & Governance: Lead the design and evaluation of technology options, produce solution documentation, and guide solutions through all relevant governance and approval processes like ARB, SbD, DPIA, and AIG Board.
• Platform Governance & Strategy: Define, evolve, and oversee Power Platform and Copilot Studio governance, guardrails, environment strategy, data loss prevention, and configuration standards.
• Citizen Developer Enablement: Empower citizen developers through guidance, training, and reusable resources, while identifying higher-risk or business-critical solutions for central remediation or managed transition.
• Technical Support & Efficiency: Oversee the team’s support activities as a technical escalation point for complex incidents and proactively implement AI and automation to improve delivery, support, and governance efficiency.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Degree-educated in Computer Science or a related discipline, or possess equivalent experience. This is a senior leadership role within Corporate Technology.
• Experience: 8+ years’ experience in technology, specifically leading the delivery of low-code solutions on the Microsoft platform, ideally in a Solution Architect capacity.
• Skills: Expert knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 Copilot. Proficiency in structured systems development lifecycle (SDLC), including Secure by Design (SbD), Architecture Review Board (ARB), and Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA). Strong understanding of security, privacy, platform, data governance, and responsible AI relevant to regulated industries. Ability to design and operate Power Platform application lifecycle management, deployment, and governance practices, coupled with excellent communication skills to simplify technical concepts and engage effectively with stakeholders.
• Bonus: Experience building solutions using Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility, AI Builder, or agentic AI capabilities. Expertise in configuring and using Jira and Confluence for agile teams. Experience defining measurable outcomes and assessing return on investment. Familiarity with GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted development for accelerating the delivery lifecycle. Relevant Microsoft Power Platform, Agent, or AI certifications are desirable.
