• Team: APAC Center of Excellence, supporting Cluster Logistics Operations Leads and the Regional Transportation team.
• Mission: Identify and deliver improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of Logistics and Transport Management across the APAC region.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Excel, Power Apps, Power BI, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP HANA, AI tools and technologies.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Leadership: Lead major cost saving and service improvement projects related to warehousing and transportation across the region.
• Process Optimization: Utilize Lean principles and tools to systematically eliminate waste in warehousing processes and act as the Process Owner for Logistics SOPs.
• Strategic Analysis: Conduct network optimization studies, analyze and benchmark 3rd party costs and services, and provide analytical input for major LSP tenders.
• Compliance and Audit: Ensure all logistics hub operations comply with relevant SCJ and country legal standards, and implement an audit program for process compliance and best practice sharing.
• Team Development: Develop the team’s capability in analytical thinking and project management, providing motivation and coaching to subordinates.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics management, or Data science. This is a manager-level role.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Lean / Continuous Improvement within Logistics or Supply Chain Operations, with at least 3 years in a people management or team leadership role. Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Apps, and Power BI; Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably SAP HANA; Demonstrated experience utilizing AI tools and technologies for supply chain analytics.
• Bonus: Professional certifications related to Lean, Continuous Improvement, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or Project Management (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, APICS/CPIM, PMP, Microsoft Power Platform certifications).
