• Mission: To develop future leaders with a love for manufacturing, preparing them to excel in pivotal roles within Price Industries by enhancing their technical skills and leadership potential.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Manufacturing Engineering: Participate in diverse projects spanning shop floor process improvement, product costing, design work, capital expenditures, and new product development to enhance manufacturability.
• Safety: Actively install safety devices on machinery, conduct reviews of existing employee safety programs, and implement crucial enhancements to foster a safer work environment.
• Quality: Partner with manufacturing and customer service to resolve customer issues, administer the ISO 9001 quality system, and lead initiatives to improve product quality.
• Value Stream: Exercise leadership to guide teams in ensuring on-time customer order shipments and optimizing shop floor operations using strategic approaches.
• Project Management: Take responsibility for overseeing capital projects from their initial conception through to completion, including defining requirements, setting timelines, and managing budgets to streamline overall operations.
