Lifecycle Marketing Operations Manager, Firefox Mobile | Mozilla
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Mozilla, with worldwide remote availability. This role is crucial as the operational anchor for Firefox Mobile marketing, translating strategies into reliable execution to drive acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention across the user journey.

What You’ll Actually Do
• ASO Execution: Coordinate and execute App Store Optimization (ASO) initiatives, including metadata updates, creative experiments, and app store events.
• Campaign Management: Translate approved lifecycle campaign briefs into executable plans and support hands-on campaign execution across key user journey moments.
• Launch Support: Support the execution of product launches and other priority growth initiatives by coordinating workstreams, cross-functional handoffs, and operational follow-through.
• Quality & Readiness: Own shared localization, quality assurance, and operational readiness workflows, identifying and escalating blockers and risks before they affect delivery.
• Process Improvement: Develop scalable processes, automation, and AI-assisted workflows to improve execution consistency and reduce coordination overhead.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager level, with core domain knowledge in marketing operations or a similar field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role, including coordinating and executing multi-step marketing programs across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Skills: Strong operational judgment, organization, and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize effectively and work independently, and experience creating repeatable processes, workflows, and documentation.
• Bonus: Experience with mobile growth or ASO, comfort working with performance data, and experience building automated and AI-assisted workflows using Claude Code, Cowork, or similar tools.
