Job Description: Legal Intern
Responsibilities:
• Supporting the legal department and specialist departments:
• Processing and solving legal issues.
• Drafting contracts, especially in the areas of:
• Development, production, and sales.
• International purchasing.
• General contract law.
• Copyright law.
• (Software) licensing law.
• Data protection law.
• Handling legal matters:
• From various areas of civil and commercial law.
• Preparing:
• Internal memos.
• Expert opinions.
• Decision papers.
• Supporting in drafting and reviewing contracts.
• Participating in internal and external meetings.
• Involvement in projects.
• Conducting research and preparing expert opinions.
• Independently performing advisory mandates.
Requirements:
• Completed first state examination in law.
• Ideally with initial experience and/or keen interest in contract law, IT, and data protection law.
• Good MS Office skills.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
Qualifications and Competences:
• Ability to grasp, present, and solve complex economic and legal issues clearly and precisely.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong service orientation.
• Confident appearance, negotiating skills, and strong communication skills.
