What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Assist with a range of business activities and processes within the Learning & Development function.
• Collaborate: Participate and contribute actively in team meetings, presentations, and various projects.
• Analyze: Conduct research on emerging trends, perform data analysis, and evaluate different strategic options.
• Create: Generate essential work products, including reports and various promotional materials.
• Serve: Provide dedicated service and support to both internal colleagues and external customers.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled as a full-time, undergraduate (junior or senior) or Master’s student at an accredited college/university, majoring in I/O Psychology or a closely related discipline.
• Experience: An understanding of Learning Return on Investment (ROI), a basic grasp of design and consulting principles, and knowledge of organizational development concepts. Must be proficient in Microsoft® Office tools and related software.
• Skills: Demonstrated ability to work at least 25 hours per week in a hybrid environment. Strong analytical and research capabilities are essential for evaluating trends and data.
• Bonus: Must be in good academic standing, with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
