What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Completion: Finish a comprehensive 1-2 year leadership training program, participating in hands-on work, seminars, and regular coaching sessions.
• Operational Immersion: Work directly with products, customers, and team members to learn all facets of department leadership.
• Skill Development: Build capabilities in people leadership, team building, merchandising practices, sales growth strategies, and profitability management.
• Mentorship & Feedback: Collaborate with Department Managers, trainers, and coaches to receive constructive feedback and support your professional advancement.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This is a foundational leadership development role designed to prepare individuals for a Department Manager position.
• Experience: 1 or more years of supervisory experience is required.
• Skills: Demonstrated capability in team oversight, fundamental operational adherence, and effective customer interaction.
