What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotational Assignments: Complete structured assignments across various business units to understand company operations deeply.
• Challenging Projects: Tackle value-add projects, working with experienced professionals to solve complex challenges and implement solutions.
• Skill Development: Enhance technical expertise and leadership capabilities through formal training, mentorship, and coaching programs.
• Guidance & Support: Receive continuous guidance and valuable insights from assigned mentors and program alumni.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career talent with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited program, graduating between May 2025 and May 2027.
• Experience: Mandatory prior internship or work experience.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical mindset with strategic thinking ability, comfort in a manufacturing environment, self-motivation, and high attention to detail.
• Bonus: Demonstrated teamwork and leadership abilities, a desire to serve in a leadership role, willingness to relocate to Elkhart, IN and travel as needed.
