What You’ll Actually Do
• Retail Field Execution: Manage in-store execution of client products, build customer relationships, and utilize retail-specific technology to understand foundational business.
• Foodservice: Develop and apply strategic selling skills to build relationships and deliver solutions for clients in the fast-growing foodservice channel.
• Business Intelligence: Collect and analyze syndicated scan data to identify trends, drive decision-making, and deliver strategic value to clients and customers.
• Headquarter & Omnichannel Sales: Implement advanced selling techniques, analyze consumer data, and foster relationships to manage and grow client accounts across various sales channels.
• Brand Advocacy Solutions: Coordinate and execute Assisted Sales & Training programs and client activations, understanding the consultative approach and ROI delivery to clients.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; this is an early career development program.
• Experience: No specific years of professional experience are required for this program. Candidates must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.25. Access to a personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license is required for travel.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills; strong leadership abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
