What You’ll Actually Do
• Attain S.A.F.E. Act licensing by successfully passing the federal and state-specific examinations.
• Participate in comprehensive soft skills and sales training sessions to develop professional capabilities and build rapport.
• Develop proficiency in key sales techniques, including negotiation, and utilize relevant mortgage industry software tools.
• Drive performance excellence by managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), prioritizing tasks, and meeting program sales objectives.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, foster strong connections with stakeholders, and transition into a career path within Freedom Mortgage.

• Background: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year College or University; this is an early-career opportunity for college graduates.
