What You’ll Actually Do
Conduct Routine Tests: Perform a variety of chemical, biological, and physical tests required for accurate sample analysis, quality control, or research and development purposes, consistently following company and regulatory requirements under supervision.
Manage Data and Documentation: Accurately perform data entry and maintain meticulous documentation within laboratory digital logbooks, spreadsheets, and electronic quality systems, ensuring precise recording of test results, quality control data, and instrument maintenance records.
Prepare Samples and Solutions: Assist with the systematic login, labeling, and organization of incoming laboratory samples, support basic sample preparation and subsampling, and help with the preparation of reagents, standards, and chemical solutions under guidance.
Maintain Laboratory Environment: Help uphold laboratory cleanliness, organization, and adherence to proper chemical handling and waste disposal practices, ensuring compliance with company hygiene plans and safety procedures.
Support Special Projects & Operations: Gain exposure to various laboratory instrumentation and analytical techniques (including IC, BTU, ICP), and support overall laboratory operations and special studies, potentially in the field, to acquire hands-on experience in environmental laboratory processes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student, holding a High School Diploma or actively working towards a bachelor’s of science or a related degree.
• Experience: Entry-level experience, as this role is focused on learning and exposure to fundamental business processes.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, encompassing written, verbal, listening, presentation, and facilitation abilities, coupled with a demonstrated capacity to build collaborative relationships.
