L2 Admin | TriluxTech

The Tone:
This is an early-career remote role at TriluxTech, located in the USA. TriluxTech is a pure-play enterprise technology services firm specializing in ServiceNow-led transformations, helping organizations design, implement, and operate modern digital platforms. This position is crucial for supporting and maintaining the company’s SharePoint Online, SharePoint On-Premises, and Microsoft Teams environments. The role offers a foundational opportunity for someone with Microsoft 365 knowledge to grow into a more advanced collaboration and administration position.

What You’ll Actually Do
• SharePoint Administration: Assist with the creation and management of SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists, and permissions, including basic content type, metadata, and retention settings.
• User Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as a Tier 1/Tier 2 resource for SharePoint and Teams issues, troubleshooting permissions, sync issues, and user access problems.
• Microsoft Teams Management: Help provision Teams and channels, manage membership requests, and support users with meeting, file access, and cross-app integration issues.
• Operational Maintenance: Perform basic site and permission management for SharePoint On-Premises, assisting with routine tasks such as checking service health and reviewing logs.
• Governance & Automation: Follow established governance processes for site creation and Teams lifecycle, assist with reviews of external sharing and guest access, and run existing PowerShell scripts for routine tasks.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level to early-career individual with foundational Microsoft 365 knowledge.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience with Microsoft 365 administration OR relevant internship/technical support experience.
• Skills: Basic understanding of SharePoint Online concepts, Microsoft Teams structure, Microsoft Entra ID concepts, foundational PowerShell knowledge, strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Bonus: Excitement to learn SharePoint On-Prem fundamentals and Microsoft 365 governance.
