What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling and direct outreach to build strong relationships.
• Market Strategy: Analyze market trends and develop strategies to expand the customer base within assigned territories.
• Solution Presentation: Conduct service demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, effectively upselling solutions that meet client needs.
• Pipeline Management: Support lead generation efforts by tracking prospects and follow-up activities using CRM software.
• Process Collaboration: Collaborate with management on business development initiatives to identify new opportunities and improve sales processes.
The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an early career professional opportunity for individuals currently enrolled in or recent graduates of a business, marketing, or a closely related program. Candidates must demonstrate a strong, eager interest in sales, marketing, or management to effectively contribute to and learn from the sales environment.
• Experience: Successful candidates will have demonstrated enthusiasm for outside sales and a foundational understanding of Business-to-Business (B2B) transactions and the complete sales cycle. Practical familiarity with CRM software is a prerequisite for managing prospects and activities efficiently.
• Skills: Excellent communication abilities are required, encompassing effective negotiation tactics and the capacity to build strong, lasting rapport with diverse clients. Strong analytical skills are essential for interpreting client conversations, understanding their needs, and strategically guiding their path through the sales process. Furthermore, the ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks concurrently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail is critical for success in this challenging sales environment.
