What You’ll Actually Do
• Engage clients: Identify potential clients and build strong relationships through cold calling and direct outreach activities.
• Manage territory: Analyze market trends and develop strategies to expand the customer base, assisting in territory sales.
• Demonstrate services: Conduct service demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, and upsell solutions meeting client needs.
• Generate leads: Support lead generation efforts using CRM software to track prospects and manage follow-up activities.
• Serve customers: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Participate actively: Engage in a sports-like atmosphere, fostering self-competition and teamwork.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a business, marketing, or related program with a strong interest in sales, marketing, or management.
• Experience: Demonstrated enthusiasm for outside sales, B2B transactions, and a foundational understanding of sales cycles.
• Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to build strong client rapport; familiarity with CRM software; strong analytical skills to interpret conversations; ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Bonus: Prior experience in retail sales, cold calling, or account management.
