What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Acquisition: Engage in outside sales activities by identifying potential clients and building strong relationships through cold calling and direct outreach.
• Territory Management: Assist in managing territory sales by analyzing market trends and developing strategies to expand the customer base.
• Service Demonstrations: Conduct service demos to showcase features and benefits, upselling solutions that meet client needs.
• Lead Generation: Support lead generation efforts using CRM software to track prospects and follow-up activities.
• Business Development: Collaborate with management on business development initiatives to identify new opportunities and improve sales processes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a business, marketing, or related program with a strong interest in sales, marketing, or management.
• Experience: Demonstrated enthusiasm for outside sales, B2B transactions, and understanding sales cycles, along with familiarity with CRM software.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with clients, strong analysis skills to interpret conversations, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Bonus: Prior experience in retail sales, cold calling, or account management.
