What You’ll Actually Do
• Network Management: Implement, manage, upgrade, and administer core MS Windows Network services, which specifically include MS Exchange, Clustering, Hyper-V, Remote Desktop Services (RDS), DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory policies and permissions.
• Documentation: Create and meticulously maintain essential IT documentation, encompassing procedure manuals, detailed topology diagrams, and crucial control documents to ensure operational clarity.
• Infrastructure Maintenance: Maintain and regularly update server infrastructure, specifically focused on Windows 2022 Server and above, alongside the ongoing maintenance of end-user computing devices such as workstations and laptops running Windows 10/11.
• User Support: Provide crucial support and diagnostics to corporate users, ensuring minimal downtime and effective problem resolution through proactive and responsive assistance.
• Security & Peripherals Management: Manage and administer enterprise-level security solutions, including comprehensive anti-virus and backup suites, while also ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of network peripherals like printers and scanners.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This role is ideal for an early career professional who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical discipline, demonstrating foundational IT knowledge critical for system administration.
• Experience: Candidates must possess basic knowledge of Active Directory maintenance, including user and group management, and understanding of Group Policy Objects (GPOs). This is complemented by working knowledge of fundamental network technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP, along with experience in network management tools and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Skills: The ability to efficiently identify and resolve technical issues requires advanced diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Additionally, strong, well-developed communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with colleagues and management.
