The Tone:
This is a contract role, located remotely, focused on ensuring the high quality and robust performance of AI-driven web and mobile products. This position is critical for identifying, tracking, and resolving product issues from an engineering perspective. The role contributes directly to improving user experience and product reliability by exploring edge cases and contributing code. This individual will play a key part in the product lifecycle, from testing to collaborating on solutions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Evaluate Products: Test and evaluate AI-driven web and mobile products, analyzing performance and robustness from an engineering perspective.
• Document Issues: Write clear and comprehensive test cases while documenting findings to ensure issues are tracked and communicated effectively.
• Develop Features: Contribute TypeScript code to support feature development, prototypes, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Resolve Bugs: Identify, reproduce, and report bugs, collaborating with product and engineering teams to resolve issues.
• Analyze Feedback: Analyze user feedback from social platforms to gather product insights and highlight critical issues.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career software engineering background established through a degree or equivalent project-based experience.
• Experience: Demonstrated software engineering experience with strong proficiency in TypeScript, showcased by a mandatory portfolio of self-built projects.
• Skills: Ability to read, understand, and contribute to diverse codebases; exposure to software testing practices; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Bonus: Interest in AI tools and technologies, particularly video generation platforms.
